When registering for workshops or making other purchases through this website we archive your contact and purchase information. Our shopping cart program and bank never lets us see your full credit card information.

We do not share any of your personal data with anyone!

Please note – if you use the Paypal or Facebook functions on our website, we don’t know how or if they archive or share your data.

Payment Information

We accept online Visa and Mastercard payment, as well payment through Paypal. You can also pay for products or services by sending a check to Studio One – Big Sur, 48510 Highway One, Big Sur, CA 93920.

The vendor on your credit card statement for all transactions through this site will read “Studio One”.

Returns and Cancellations

Original Artwork - Your satisfaction is guaranteed when you purchase original artwork. If you do not like the artwork you receive, it can be returned for a full refund (you pay shipping one way) within 30 days of receiving the work.

After 30 days, original artwork can be returned for studio credit for up to two years.

Prints and Reproductions – Your satisfaction is guaranteed whine you purchase prints and reproductions. Prints and Reproductions can be returned (we pay shipping both ways) within 30 days of receiving the work.

Workshops and Classes -If you need to cancel your registration fee for a workshop, we refund 100% of your fee until 24 hours before the workshop begins. There is no refund for workshop fees within 24 hours of the beginning of a workshop.

Trips and Workshops over 3 days long – Occasionally Studio One offers tours, trips, and extended retreats. Cancellation and refund policies for workshops, trips, retreats, and tours over 3 days long are listed on the individual registration form.
